Airspace Link

AirHub Portal is a platform for managing drone operations in regulated airspace across the U.S. I redesigned the homepage to better communicate its value and improve user conversion, using insights from marketing data and user feedback. I also designed the platform’s first-ever notification system — from real-time alerts to a robust notification hub — all integrated into the design system and built for scale.

Another key feature I worked on was the Flight Record Upload and Log Linking functionality — designed to bring more precision and accountability to drone operations. This feature allows users to upload drone telemetry data (flight records) and directly link it to their flight logs within the portal.

The goal was to give organizations a streamlined way to capture real flight activity — not just planned flights — and use that data for compliance reporting, asset monitoring, and pilot currency tracking. I helped shape the UX for this entire flow, ensuring the upload process was intuitive, validation was clear, and the linked data was presented in a way that made sense for operational teams. This feature was especially important for enterprise users, and I worked closely with stakeholders to make sure it met both technical and regulatory needs.
